At The Organic Plug, LLC, we take pride in the quality and care of every product we offer. Due to the nature of our goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on non-perishable items.
We understand that issues can arise during shipping, and we are committed to making things right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at customerservice@theorganicplug.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging to assist us in our investigation and resolution process.
If approved, we will offer either store credit or a replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
We strongly encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. Please note that perishable items (such as Sea Moss, teas, and herbal supplements) are not eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.
